The place was superb, we loved it. Restaurant Omoto, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival. Think that Hakone Kowakien Ten-Yu is beyond compare.

We had 1 night in Hakone, it was an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Superb food at the restaurant. Not to mention free Wi Fi. We recommend for anyone who needs a longer stay.
